You can install the WOOX R4040 PTZ Camera in three different ways, 

Flat: on a flat surface like a table or desk. 
Wall: screw the bottom plate to the wall with the supplied screws.
Ceiling: screw the bottom plate to the ceiling

In any mounted way, the camera with the WOOX Home app will adjust its position and recordings automatically.
